When a Commercial Lien is filed, it is both a Notice and a Claim at Law against the party liened. There is no court process involved. The violating party pays the damages incurred as stated in the lien.

The BLM and FBI are called “government agencies” but are nothing but subcontractors working in behalf of other “governmental services corporations” fronted by international banking cartels. Right now you fellows are going through a changing of the guards while you attempt to pull off yet another institutionalized fraud scheme in which you fail to inform birthright American State Citizens of your undisclosed activities designed to entrap them, copyright their given names, roll over their estates into Cestui Que Vie Trusts and Public Transmitting Utilities and defraud them the rest of their lives while you feed off of them and their labor like parasites.
Right now, your “agencies” have “presumed” to act against your employers and benefactors again.
Be advised that your activities are being closely monitored by other governments and international agencies around the world. Be advised that the Hammond's and the Bundy's have clearly and repeatedly Self-Declared their actual political status and that the ONLY purpose for the EXISTENCE of the “Bureau of Land Management” or the “Federal Bureau of Investigations” is to provide these “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” (Definitive Treaty of Peace, Article 3) with “essential governmental services” (Constitution, Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2).
Those “essential governmental services” do not include mis-characterization, fraud, racketeering, threats, false claims, identity theft, or any other action detrimental to them and their interests. The ONLY reason for this government or any other to exist is the protection of the people and their material assets.
We have had enough of your Bully Boy tactics and your provocations and your false arrests and your false charges under conditions of personage and barratry. We have had enough of your criminality and lack of regard for the Public Law and the only equity contract allowing your presence on this Continent.
The federal corporations are no better nor of any different character than any commercial corporations in the world. If McDonald’s and Target cannot ram around using commercial mercenary armies to terrify the populace, neither can you.
We are establishing a commercial lien for damages of $100 billion United States Dollars (USD) defined as one ounce of fine silver for the loss of any one Oregon State Citizen murdered by any federal corporation employee, mercenary, subcontractor, agent or ally, with an additional $100 billion (USD) to be paid directly as compensation to their families.
The Oregon State will be bringing war crimes charges against the “DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE” before the World Court if even one American is harmed by the FBI and more charges will be brought against the BLM.
Consider this your First Public Notice of these facts and of the pending Commercial Lien Obligation.

Do the hammons, bundy's etc. all have their own LEGAL NAME?
If so, and if they own a social security number or any affidavit confirming the same then they are fair game for the parasites. They don't have any rights to complain, since they belong to the federal government.
The federal government is a quasi corporation, that part is true. But it is also true that anyone retaining a number or is in any form a U.S. Citizen Subject, does not have any rights beyond those offered by volunteer from the government. They in many cases are mere chattel.
In any case, if he or they do NOT retain a number than they are not U.S. Citizen Subjects and could easily win in state court if was true. They could also run off any invaders quite easily for the second time.
So, if they have done their prerequisite work and taken back their sovereignty, they are percectly able to deny the si|7a$$es any jurisdiction over them. They are no longer "subjects" but are "free and independent soveriegn people of the united States.
We do need clarification on something from Anna, though.
A commercial lien cannot be executed against any "organization". Only against the humab beings in control of that organization (it's principals).
We need clarification that that is what the lien is against.
Same with the $379 trillion lien against the BAR and DOJ. Against the organization or against the human beings running the organization (the principals.).

Right there in that document it states if you carry a SSN card or any such equivalent you are a us Subject. (Citizen)
They're right about something else too. Commercial liens only work against live, flesh and blood people working for Municipal corporations. They do not ever work well against empty shell corporations.

There are sovereigns and there are us subjects (citizens), and you end up either one or the other. If they still carry SSNs and such they are not allowed by law to enact any liens.
Liens only work on living people who work for corporations, they do not ever work and seldom produce results against corporate fictions.
