A LEGAL NOTICE TO ALL AGENTS OF THE SO-CALLED CROWN OF ENGLAND AND ELIZABETH
WINDSOR, AND TO ALL CANADIANS
Issued by the Governing Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and
State
THIS PUBLIC NOTICE IS ISSUED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT OF CANADA, THE
CANADIAN JUDICIARY, THE GOVERNMENTAL CIVIL SERVICE, AND THE ACTIVE SERVING
MEMBERS OF ALL CANADIAN POLICE AND MILITARY FORCES, AS WELL AS TO ALL CITIZENS OF
CANADA:
1. On February 25, 2013, a lawfully constituted Common Law Court of Justice found Elizabeth
Windsor, Queen of England and Head of State of Canada and its churches, guilty as charged of
Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging in a Criminal Conspiracy to conceal
Genocide. The same verdict found Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the
same offenses.
2. This verdict was based on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth
Windsor's personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of ten children
from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964, while on a state visit to
Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this charge or evidence, nor did she respond
to a Public Summons issued by the Court.
3. The Court's verdict rests upon the Nuremberg Legal Statutes of 1950 which allow any head
of state to be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as well as the right under Canadian law to
hold the Crown liable for tort offenses committed in Canada.
4. Elizabeth Windsor therefore stands condemned as a convicted felon. As a fugitive from
justice, she is now liable for arrest and imprisonment under the terms of the Court verdict. A
Citizens Arrest Warrant for the detention of Elizabeth Windsor was in fact issued by the Court
on March 5, 2013, and Ms. Windsor has evaded this Warrant.
5. a) Each of you has taken a public oath of allegiance to Elizabeth Windsor as the Queen of
England. Your oath now constitutes a criminal act under international law, including Section
25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which obligates all citizens to
refrain from colluding with authorities engaged in or convicted of criminal acts.
b) Each of you is obligated therefore to refrain from aiding or abetting Elizabeth Windsor in
evading justice or arrest, including by continuing to obey her orders or operating under her
authority, since to do so will constitute an obstruction of justice and will make you subject to
arrest.
6. Since no convicted felon can legitimately or legally serve as a head of state or a constituted
authority, all existing legal and political authority in Canada is dissolved as of Monday,
February 25, 2013. Your Oath of Allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and the Crown of England is
consequently nullified and abolished, along with your authority.
7. a) Canada has been rendered as a state without legitimate legal or political authority. It will
remain so until a new and lawful Head of State can be established along with a Constitution
democratically established by the people of Canada.
b) Until such constitutional authority is established, no existing Canadian law or statute is
enforceable, and any attempt by you or others to do so will constitute an act of illegal assault
and fraud on the people of Canada.
8. Until a legitimate government is established in Canada, all of its citizens are urged to
conduct themselves under the common law requirement of peaceable co-existence and equity
in their communities, maintaining law and order. All citizens are required to police and
govern themselves without reference to any existing authorities or laws, which are nullified,
illegitimate and inoperative.
9. Canadian citizens as wholly self-governing men and women are advised to establish local
committees of correspondence to arrange a National Congress that will draft a new
Constitution. This legal charter, ratified by a popular vote, will establish and maintain a new,
Democratic Republic of Canada.
10. This Constitution must include a new legal framework by which the church organizations
also convicted by the Court - the Vatican and Catholic, Anglican and United Church - can
legitimately and lawfully operate in Canada, if such further operation is the will of the People.
In accordance with the Verdict of the Court and lawful legitimacy, this new framework would
require a Civil Constitution for the Clergy that nationalizes the property and wealth of the
convicted church corporations, and regulates their church officials and employees as licensed
public servants.
We are informing the world of these facts and of the new regime now operating in Canada.
This same Notice and condition applies to the government and people of England, to whom a
separate Notice is being issued.

Seems like this would also go for everyone who is associated with the British Accredited Registry (Bar Association) and take all those gold-fringed flags down from every courtroom in the United States! And the United States people should quit paying taxes to the IRS which goes to the queen of England! God is turning the tables on the devil!
To go one step farther, Canada can join the United States of America per the Articles of Confederation USA (Dejure). Go figure!
Article XI. Canada acceding to this confederation, and adjoining in the measures of the united States, shall be admitted into, and entitled to all the advantages of this union; but no other colony shall be admitted into the same, unless such admission be agreed to by nine States.

A Public statement was released by members of the Circle of Justice requesting all of the materials that Kevin Annett has belonged to them which he has distributed without their permission.
One of the statements reads:
“Although Kevin Annett has gained media attention, being articulate and with dramatic stories, there is no doubt in my mind that he has been using survivors of the residential school system for his own purposes, and using their recorded testimonies to publish articles about them without their permission. I have seen enough untruths in Kevin Annett's own E-Mail writings to indicate outright deception, or someone who is seriously out of reality. I have also seen evidence and heard reports of his controlling and domineering behavior towards Indians which is really another unacceptable form of abuse. I can also say, to the best of my knowledge of the Indian community in Vancouver, that he does not speak for any group nor does he have support from any organization or individuals since he has betrayed the trust which people had given him. In other words, he does not have credibility where it counts”

August 26: Annett was on Global F.A.C.T. radio. He was told in advance that a Q&A period would follow after the interview. Before the break, he was asked about the public statement released in 2004 whereby he’s being requested to return the materials he took without permission. Tony offered if he’d like to have a short break first, and that we continue with the Q&A period after the song. Kevin agreed, but he hung up during the song and wouldn’t answer the phone when Tony tried again. Tony tried several times, but continued to receive Kevin’s voice mail.

On a FB posting, Kevin Annett wrote this regarding why he left the show:
“as for "fleeing off the radio show" - No, sorry, but my hour had expired, and I had another interview to do, as I had already explained to the host of the show. For those of you who act from good will, let's clear the air and focus on what really matters ... all those children in the ground , and those who put them there ... but for all those who act from fear, hidden agendas or from the directions of others, your efforts to smear and misinform are but a fart in the wind. If you go to Greg’s Blog, you will find more articles regarding the issue with the bones that Kevin claimed to have found as well many other issues that I will also address at a later time.
Global F.A.C.T. is well aware of the accusations online against Greg Renouf, and we ask all members to do their own research and use their own discernment when coming to their own conclusions. The only accusations I could find against Greg Renouf come from those that he has been trying to expose, such as Kevin Annett and the Occupy Movements whereas Kevin Annett has seemed to have left a trial of on-line victims behind him.
I just quickly done this tonight because members were asking about some of the information found against Annett. I do, however, find it interesting that Annett graduated with a political science degree prior to studying theology, and will discuss more of that later. My apologies for not being able to get more in depth at this moment, but love you all, and wanted to get something out there for you to peruse and further research. ~Ali
It never ceases to amaze me the constant battering a person receives when they stand naked in a world forum to reveal horrific behaviour big or small.
In Kevin Annett's case he has brought what is more than likely the tip of the ice berg of filth and appalling behaviour by people in positions of trust who appear to deem themselves untouchable and above the law in deplorable acts of crimes against humanity knowing full well he would be shredded to pieces.
That is courageous in its self both myself and countless others could care less about his imperfections as we all have them. What he has brought to light crawling out from under a rock absolutely is the focus.
I have followed these sickening events for years. I personally watched my brother in law in torment from the abuse that was inflicted on him as a child in one of these residential schools the shame and guilt ultimately killed him.
Rather than look for dirt on the messenger I choose to arm myself with present facts on what is taking place. It is the first time in along time I have felt proud to be a Canadian and a human being. This feeling came from Kevin and the numerous other beings that worked tirelessly and long on this long waited action. For that I say thank you for ignoring beings that ridiculed and spent so much energy blowing smoke around this disclosure to do what the hateful greedy and power hungry beings that are scared little children afraid of being thrown into the limelight. Evil can only be effective in the dark and only till the flicker of light consumes them.
I am an amazing being today I practice tolerance and compassion as best I can in my day to day life. I'm respected for my integrity and attacked for my questioning anything and everything that try's to enslave me mentally or spiritually. Perhaps if people dug into my life over the years of arriving where I'm at might find things not congruent with where I am today. It's my mistakes that have taught me the most.
Unfortunately for Kevin he has poked the BIG bear the ESTABLISHMENT and they with their cohorts and supporters don't like it. The loss of power and money is like taking oxygen from them.
So once again Kevin thanks for having the courage of your convictions and doing what I had wished I could but that was not my path it was yours. Well done my friend blessings to you and every soul whether through thought or action brought this about.
PS To the offer of joining the US I for one respectfully decline while the majority of the American people are warm and loving your government and country has lost it's way. Canada is not far behind in those areas but the shift is happening. I love the American people and have so much compassion for the needless suffering of them.
