Another Freedom Fighter & Patriot

Hi!

My name is Craig Balunsat at www.balunsat.com

more info at:

I just wanted to let you know that i too have been fighting against the system of slavery. I have gone up against the Cecil County government in Maryland.
We sued them in federal court for sapping our constitutional rights:

Tragically, this has cost me my job, my home and everything. Now my wife and I are suffering homelessness and poverty for daring to challenge the government. I just wanted to share my story with you, and to let you know that others are fighting for freedom too.

This is insane clearly they are trying to set an example for others that "they are in control". Furthermore they are trying to show us that we are not allowed to be free and have means or sustenance when times are tough. They want us to starve to death. Seems you can even have gardens any more.

Let's get realistic here, PLEASE!!!! These people live on .62 acre in an area with an ordinance requiring a minimum of 1 acre per property to keep ANY animal that qualifies as a 'farm' animal, which a goat most assuredly qualifies. Now, I ask you, what reasonable person living in a residential neighborhood wants to live next to a goat that baaa baaaa baaaa baaaas day and night? I certainly don't, any more than I would want to have roosters living next to me cockle dooing cockle dooing cockle dooing day and night. For those who wish to garden, do it in your back yard for YOUR sake so it is not objected to by your neighbors and/or destroyed by the gov or learn to do some hydrophonic gardening inside your home. If you want to garden or have animals other than the 'norm' dog or cat, then move your mobile home out on acreage away from the residential subdivisions and ordinance areas that clearly specify what animals qualify to be allowed on the property. And, for pete's sake, BEFORE YOU BUY PROPERTY, check out the ordinances and possible restrictions on the property use and DON'T BUY THE PROPERTY if it says you can't do what you want to do with it - UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE ALL, INCLUDING YOUR FIGHT WITH THE GOVERNMENT. Wisdom dictates to learn what battles to choose before you start one and lose your ass. Stupid is as stupid does.

You present an interesting word here - 'insane.' I wonder how limitations on gardens and animals qualify for 'insane.' Let's allow lions and tigers as pets in a residential neighborhood, or monkeys and alligators, or pythons and rhinos. They may be someone's pets. Let's allow brothels to be built in residential neighborhoods, or allow a new city dump to be built in your residential neighborhood. No need for ordinances regarding these animals and building projects - right? But you state that 'they are in control.' And you 'are not allowed to be free' because you cannot grow food when times are tough? Please! Do your homework! Check your areas ordinances and abide by them. This should have been looked in to when you purchased your property. Don't blame your neighbors and the city/county because you can't do what you want to do on the property. Most homeowners are trying to keep their property values up, and certain activities definitely detract from that goal. There are ways to have food - even grown within your home/garage - research the means. No one would want to deprive you of eating or growing food; however, HOW AND WHERE IT IS DONE is the issue. Join with a family or neighbor who CAN have a garden on their property, and share the crops. There are some areas that allow a lot to be used for gardening, and those in the neighborhood who wish to grow their food join together and seed a garden on that lot for their joint use. Check your ordinances to see if you can do this. However, to grow a garden in front or on side yards in a residential neighborhood does NOT respect your neighbors and does NOT contribute to retaining higher property values. If all else fails, MOVE to where you CAN have that garden. And, for pete sake, don't do something that is clearly against an ordinance and lose your property altogether. Would it then have been worth your fight??? 'They' are most likely NOT going to change the ordinances so you can garden in your front yard or have a rhino as a pet on your property if it is already published that this is not allowed.

FOR 8 YEARS OF MY ADULT LIFE I WAS IN REALESTATE. SURPRISINGLY I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT LAWS. SOME LAWS BEING TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE AND OTHERS (LIKE OREGONS LAW SAYING THEY OWN ALL RAIN WATER) NOT SO UNDERSTANDABLE. WHEN WE AS INDIVIDUALS PURCHASE A PIECE OF PROPERTY WE ARE INFORMED ABOUT CRR COVENENTS RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS IF THERE ARE ANY. WE EVEN SIGN A PAPER SAYING WE UNDERSTAND THESE RIGHTS....... CRAIG DOES NOT SEEM LIKE A DOPE, BUT WHAT IF HE MOVED INTO A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT HAD CRR'S THAT RESTRICTED, ELEPHANTS, MONKEYS, DUCKS, LIONS, TIGERS, CHICKENS, GEESE ETC, AND A NUT CASE MOVED IN ALL THESE CRITTERS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TOO. WOULD YOU NOT BE JUST A LITTLE IRKED..... ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANTED TO SELL YOUR HOME AND ALL THE POTENTIAL BUYERS NEVER STOPPED BECAUSE OF ONE MANS SELFISH ACT THINKING HE IS ABOVE THE LAW. I SAY TO CRAIG GROW UP AND CHOOSE YOUR FIGHTS A LITTLE MORE CAREFULLY. YOU ARE THE ONE IN THE WRONG... MOVE YOUR ARSE INTO THE COUNTRY IF YOU WANT TO BE A FARMER.... BAAH BAAH BAAH BAAAAAAH....

This will ultimately resolve itself by swapping lead. How much lead is the only real question left to be answered. Police forces, who will not be hired if they are above a certain intelligence level, seem to have little to no clue that they will be the first in line as cannon fodder for the satanic elite. 50 years ago three cops lived on my street, and it was common knowledge that they were all crooked. I've never had respect for the law from day one, and I ALWAYS buy blue targets when I target shoot. TYJM frj

Thanks for those who show support and have nice things to say.
As for your clearly rude others, How dare you judge me. Have you not read the case? I live in a Rural area, not in town, the fight is against the county, not city or town!!!I'm rural, adjacent a 40 acre ranch and an 80 acre. I have horses and cow coming up to my unfenced yard. People ride horses across my yard. Do you really think a goat is going to make a difference? Fools, read the case!!!!! YOU GREEDY people, all you care about is the value of the supposed property you think to own. You destroy the earth and it's inhabitants with your greed and your corporations, and think to own the earth and make it's inhabitants your slaves. God forbid if I or some natives try to teach you sustainability, and to tear up your ugly lawns and grow beautiful fruit trees and gardens, and live sustainably and heal the earth. But NO! All you care about is your greed and your pride. So guess what? You are destroying the earth and it will no longer sustain you. You will find yourselves destitute and starving in your over crowded cities. And you will choke on your leather shoes you try to boil and eat. What then? Will you still be worried about the gettting of gain and th value on your property. Money wont help you this time.Go eat your lawn and poisonous flowers. You will choke on them.Go eat you poisonous corporate food. you're killing yourselves and the earth.

no worse than having a dog barking all night, but they are not considered farm animals are they? Or will there be a ban on them too? Annoy-mous needs to shut up.
